Issue

In Yiddish, vowel points are raised beneath yod and double yod. However, tagging text as Yiddish has no effect in these fonts.

The patah beneath a double yod should always be raised, regardless of language tagging, because U+05F2 HEBREW LIGATURE YIDDISH DOUBLE YOD is only used in Yiddish. Also, the patah is below the left yod in Noto, instead of being centered between the two; Noto Serif Hebrew gets it wrong even in the precomposed U+FB1F.

Resolved across all Noto Sans, Serif and Rashi versions (will be pushed in the collective update of multiple issue resolution).
