Getting errors in my export

I am getting the following error when trying to use sessionId. This error does not change even after waiting for 24 hours.
RateLimitError: Rate limit at __a1 line 123 is None blocks the program. Wait a bit, or change of login account.

Also, tried with username and password but got the following error.

FYI, The page I am trying to export its followers only has ~4k followers.
