DUFuncs are immortal

DUFunc._install_type() and DUFunc._install_cg() make a DUFunc immortal (i.e. even if the original object goes out of scope, some references to it still survive in the typing and target contexts). There's no obvious way to fix it right now, but at least we can record it as an issue here.
