braille: wrong positioned braille line when all text is selected

Steps to reproduce:

You can get similar results at least in word 2019. In web pages with browse mode behavior is different. To get this behavior it is essential that you are in the end of document when pressing control+a.

For example:

• tether braille to focus
• open notepad and write some text lines
• press control+a to select all

Actual behavior:

Braille shows first line but if you press shift+left arrow last character of selection is unselected. In web pages with browse mode shift+right arrow unselects first character which is logical at least if it is thought that selection would have been done from the end of document with shift+control+home.

Expected behavior:

Because in edit controls shift+left arrow unselected last character braille should show end of last line when control+a is pressed. Also in browse mode I would prefer to show the end of last line because when control+a was pressed the end of document was shown.

Ideally NVDA shows first line for a limited period of time and then the last line permanently. In this way, deafblind folks would know better where selection started and where it ends.
