Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I use polybar-theme which makes use of icon from specific fonts (iosevka nerd in my case) and using bombadil link outputs like stream did not contain valid UTF-8 and the display of icons is broken.

I'd like Icons to be properly displayed using the font family they come from.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Nothing else, I haven't found much on the issue :/
