Current Behavior

Currently, if a user installs an extension on an unofficial platform (i.e. Flow Wallet on Microsoft Edge), this entry will not display in Discovery API.

Expected Behavior

We should not perform this filtering if the extension has come from a client service.

Future work should be done to investigate how to best handle the "uninstalled" case on unofficial platforms (mostly in the UI setting). There's probably some value to showing these extensions when a user is trying to explore what is available (i.e. currently MS Edge shows nothing even though Nufi & Flow Wallet probably both work fine).

Steps To Reproduce

Go to a site using Discovery API on MS Edge with Flow Wallet installed.

Environment

MS Edge, Discovery API

What are you currently working on that this is blocking?
