K3S v1.21.3+k3s1 version has an issue that Pod cannot access PVC (using default local-path provisioner) correctly because the mounted volume directory only has 0700 permission.

As advised in this issue k3s-io/k3s#3704, the temporary solution is to "revert to the previous release, or wait until v1.21.4 is released within the next day or two."

We will need to document this in "Known issues" section and/or in k3s section in KC
