When you start or stop the demo with the latest version of docker you will get a warning message similar to this.

WARN[0000] /Users/pierretessier/Documents/GitHub/puckpuck/opentelemetry-demo/docker-compose.yml: `version` is obsolete

After some research, it seems Docker deprecated the version property in 2021 and is now considered obsolete. The compose version is now inferred from the file structure itself.
