为prometheus operator监控增加servicemonitor对象 #11

openkruise的chart能不能增加servicemonitor对象来抓取指标，因为我们是用prometheus operator管理prometheus的，需要用servicemonitor来抓取指标。现在chart里面也没有包含这个对象，我们的监控就抓取不到openkruise的指标了
