I have a Galaxy A53 phone. Software info is in a screenshot. I have downloaded Organic maps just today (version on a screenshot). The problem I have is that when I turn on airplane mode, and then turn on Organic maps, it cannot get my location. There is a spinning icon, which goes forever.

I did some googling, but could not figure out how to solve this problem.

Location service is enabled. App has permissions like in a screenshot. Turn Google Play location services on and off - does not help. Turn Power Saving mode on and off - does not help (but I'd rather use the app in Power Saving mode on a long hikes, if possible, because my battery is not so good)

Could you please help me how to make it work?

Actually I am not sure if it is the app's problem. I had maps.me before, and it has also started to work willy nilly recently. So rather to figure out what's going on, I deleted it and decided to try Organic maps. My fellow hikers like Organic maps better, so I wish it can be solved somehow :) Maybe I need to change something in settings?

Try GPS Test app. If it also can't determine your position (at the same time), the problem is not in the OM app.
