功能描述

假如在30s处显示了弹幕，那么快进和快退10s就只能见到20s处和40s处的弹幕

现版本就是快进和快退后，原来时间点的弹幕【不会消失】

目标

(如上)

解决方案

其他

请提供已实现该功能或类似功能的应用
(基本大部分客户端的弹幕显示都有这个特性)
