功能描述

希望能增加一个开关：是否显示相关视频

原因：在这个信息爆炸的年代，看订阅的博主的视频已经要花很多时间了，如果被相关视频带走，那几个小时就过去了

其他

类似功能的应用：比如newpipe，它的显示界面就可以设置为不显示相关的视频
