Unmint token x-access-token header and use it for me

When the request comes through the proxy, there is an x-access-token header. Unminting it makes the account uuid of the authenticated user available.

When there is an identifier in the request which has accountUuid=me, the me needs to be replaced with the account uuid from the unminted token.
