cio requires access to a number of external systems at various permission levels. It also makes assumptions about the existence of specific resources in those systems and its availability to access or modify them. This ticket tracks the work to document:

  1. The systems that cio talks to.
  2. How it authenticates against those systems.
  3. What resources it expects to exist.
  4. What permissions are required on those resources.
