As work progresses on implementing an attestation API that doesn't require debug probes & humility we should add support here.

i'm not sure this makes any sense really but it can stand as a placeholder on the off chance that it does in the long run. Mostly I'm having trouble see how this tool would fit together w/ something like mgs but that is most likely my own ignorance showing. It may just be that the attestation happens within mgs or some part of it and that ends up consuming the verifier library hosted here?
