Transparency of the output message in the runner when presenting an Input/Output error

While testing the stm32 drawer there was a problem with the UART connection. The output of the runner shows only errno status nothing else.

Runner output while error showed up:

• from screenshot I see that the full stacktrace is available - IMHO there is no need for more user-friendly message

As we discussed I'd like to have some place to store small issues in tests/test runner, like not perfect error handling. Of course the priority of them is lower than issues in phoenix-rtos-project, but I think it would be good to share public current shortcomings in tests repo. So thanks for creating this page and I hope it will be helpful for potential contributors - maybe some day one of them will propose the improvements.
