They are equivalent to floor-remainder, truncate-remainder and truncate-quotient, respectively.

Those are specified in R7RS just because R5RS specified them. I didn't want to define such meaningless components in the core. With the same reason, substring is not supplied by default.

And it might be required to provide (scheme r5rs).
