不然的话，如果 ansible_host 配置的是域名，PD 会起不起来

0.0.0.0 还会有别的问题，服务启动后会监听 127.0.0.1，而不是这里设置的 0.0.0.0，麻烦解决一下，thanks！

tikv 的 status 端口的监听地址似乎也不能填域名：[2019/07/24 09:34:45.024 +00:00] [ERROR] [server.rs:350] ["failed to bind addr for status service"] [err=AddrParseError(())]
