When using binlog the generated conf file for prometheus is wrong #861

The indentation in job_name: "port_probe" is not correct.
Should be:

    static_configs:
    - targets:

instead of

    static_configs:
- targets:

Thanks for feedback, this issue has been fixed in the master, release-3.0 and release-2.1 branches, v3.0.2 and v2.1.16 will bring this update
