简单说就是国内网站我只想指定到我设置的国内的ecs，国外网站只想指定到我设置的国外的ecs，不管我现在的网络环境是在哪里

我提供的方案就是把国内和国外的ip 分别设置不同的ecs指定方案
1.国内 ecs指定或者根据网络自动切换
2.国外IP ecs指定或者根据网络自动切换
