cremove useless database Migrations from code base of oc-sciencemesh

I found some database Migration codes in oc-sciencemesh that are coming from Nextcloud science mesh app. after a prospect and knowledge sharing with @michielbdejong we discovered that this part of the code is redundant we would not be going to need them all.
so, we can erase them. I replace them in the AppInfo folder of the app because in Owncloud Migrations should be there to make the changes automatically.
