[Feature Request] Caps/Num Lock indicator

A lot of customers request to know if either of these are enabled as some of our systems do not have lights for this status. Currently we recommend a GNOME Shell Extension but we'll need something else like an Applet for COSMIC.

I'm sure that you're aware, but the launch keyboard is a good example of hardware that doesn't have it's own indicator.

My Oryx Pro (oryp5) does not have a caps lock light either, and I've used the same lock-keys extension in the past. So, add my vote for something similar in COSMIC.
