KDE Plasma: cursor theme for hand and grabbed hand are missing

What happened?

The cursors for hand and the hand when mouse is clicked (grabbed hand) are missing when installed in KDE Plasma

It falls back to the breeze style because the cursor is missing

Expected Outcome

I don't know whether it's a Plasma compatibility problem or the cursors don't exist, but there should be some cursor for the hand and draggy-hand.

The cursor theme was installed from the commands to build it by cloning from git in the readme.

The only cursor which Pop doesn't have and that the Breeze cursors do is center_ptr:

I suspect the issue has to do with an incompatibility with Plasma and it's cursor lookup. I can't spot any issues between the icon names or icon theme configuration files that would prevent the grab hands from being used.
