Is this a BUG REPORT or FEATURE REQUEST?:
BUG REPORT

What happened:
portworx-api Daemonset is missing from Helm Chart but do exist when upgrading

What you expected to happen:
Align portworx-api Daemonset same as the spec generator / talisman upgrade

How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible):
Install Portworx using helm chart, Then see portworx-api is missing

Environment:

Container Orchestrator and version: Kubernetes > 1.8
Cloud provider or hardware configuration: On-Prem
OS (e.g. from /etc/os-release): Ubuntu 18.04 LTS
Kernel (e.g. uname -a): Linux svvr-mng77 2.6.32-642.6.2.el6.x86_64 Initial commit of the Portworx helm chart #1 SMP Mon Oct 24 10:22:33 EDT 2016 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
Install tools: Helm Chart
