Is this a BUG REPORT or FEATURE REQUEST?:
Feature Request

What happened:
Cloud drives are created hardcoded only via the chart:
https://github.com/portworx/helm/blob/master/charts/portworx/templates/portworx-ds.yaml#L93

What you expected to happen:
Must be definately configurable via value file
