Auto journal creation

Is this a BUG REPORT or FEATURE REQUEST?:

What happened:
auto create journal does not work when not setting something here:
https://github.com/portworx/helm/blob/master/charts/portworx/values.yaml#L35

What you expected to happen:
If i dont specify something i would assume to auto create the journal? Or if not then I need an option to create journal automatically on cloud drives.

How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible):
Use value defaults
