Adds the Q quality to CurrentPositionLift, CurrentPositionTilt, CurrentPositionLiftPercentage, CurrentPositionTiltPercentage, CurrentPositionLiftPercent100ths and CurrentPositionTiltPercent100ths. The SDK needs to be updated to match the rules proposed by the spec on how often these values SHALL be reported.
