[Build] Execute command source scripts/bootstrap.sh doesn't produce the expected .jar and .so libraries

Build issue(s)

1. Following the Build Android guide, and building CHIP Tool from scripts successfully, but building CHIP Tool from AndroidStudio failed;
2. Following the Building TV Casting app guide, the Preparing for Building step;
3. Execute command source scripts/bootstrap.sh doesn't produce the expected .jar and .so libraries

I was building the apps on a MacBookPro with MacOS Ventura 13.4, Chip Apple M2 Max.

I know the reason: the expected .jar and .so files will be produced after building success, not executing command source scripts/bootstrap.sh.
