Review the use of "embedded binary blobs" for support scripts

With "isolated" use not being supported the need to have the support scripts embedded is not so clear. Consider whether it would be more reasonable to migrate them to the virtualenv_support directory. Or if a single-file version is still required, maybe make virtualenv deployable in "executable zip" format.
