Accord.NET Framework building instructions

In order to build Accord.NET, just open the project's solution file
in Visual Studio and hit F5. 

If you need to re-create templated classes, please install the
T4 Toolbox for Visual Studio 2015, which can be downloaded from:

In order to build the project's documentation files, install 
Sandcastle Help File Builder, which can be downloaded from:
