Add markdown export, please

I would like to export all recipes as markdown:

• to integrate with obsidian.md and read in multiple devices
• generate static website with SSG like Hugo or 11Ty or Quartz.

Obsidian.md is great way to manage recipes in a vault, and the backend is already done internally with obsidian (chromium-based).

Note

For me an image in the header is very important, but you'll have to export also images or put the online source link. One way is all under [plate-x](img/plate-x.jpg).

Excellent, thank you! I will implement it in Recipya rust. I might not implement it in Recipya Go because of a lack of time.
