Filter for all resource types.

I'd like to keep any resource with a specific tag set from nuking.

Is it possible to do something like this:

  keep-tag:
    filters:
      *:
        - property: 'tag:nuke.keep'
          value: 'true'

This feature has been implemented the new active fork of aws-nuke. The fork is available at ekristen/aws-nuke -- documentation for global filters is available here
