All pull requests should be filed against the appropriate repository. If you feel comfortable with it, feel free to add yourself to AUTHORS.txt if you add text or code examples.
Also, while you retain copyright to all your work, you should feel comfortable re-distributing code under an MIT license or a similarly liberal license, and documentation under a CC-BY-SA-4.0 license. If you are adding something new, please do include the appropriate license text.
