Add arrival and departure times for stops in departure details #10

When requesting details for a single departure, it would be convenient to include arrival and departure times (+ platforms) for all stops along the route. This is not needed when requesting all verbose departures for a station.

Note: matching should be done based on the ServiceNumber of a departure, not the ServiceID. RITinfo creates an extra service for 30xxxx trains so we have a matching service on the original ServiceNumber.
