This is a Chromium/driver issue, as a workaround wallpaper is restarted if crashed. - Fixed wallpaper taking focus when starting.

Known issues
- Wallpaper in some rare instances disappear when running games Fullscreen, it is recommend to switch to Windowed/Borderless mode.
For best latency make sure to turn on Windowed game optimization on Windows:

Add exception/set to low priority for LivelyUI.WinUI.exe program in the overlay utility.
