Is your feature request related to a problem or use case?

After using recovery , the info column would still show the old size , and 'refresh view' updates the sizes for all boxes.
Multiple large boxes could cause undesirable effects and would be much quicker to update only the boxes you want.

Describe the solution you'd like

A context menu item under 'Box Content' to update SizeCache value and status column for the selected box.
maybe call it Refresh Box Info or Refresh Box View ¯_(ツ)_/¯
