DX12 is not supported

Games with DX12 have been telling me since updating to Windows 11 that it's not supported on my system but it is and I don't know how to let it know in sandboxie

The program is installed only inside a sandbox (NOT in the real system anyway).

What version of Sandboxie are you running?

1.5.1 64bit

Is it a new installation of Sandboxie?

I just updated Sandboxie from a previous version (to be specified).

Is it a regression?

yes it worked on windows 10

In which sandbox type you have this problem?

In a standard isolation sandbox (yellow sandbox icon).

Can you reproduce this problem on an empty sandbox?

I can confirm it also on an empty sandbox.

Did you previously enable some security policy settings outside Sandboxie?

SHoudl work fine but perhaps we need to open some resource which games need DX12?

Cyberpunk 2077 works fine for me and as far as the internet says its DX12 only so perhaps the issue is more specific,

this is the trace log when I open game for it, I get this with asterigos and gotham knights I have no other DX12 games at the moment to test

1. If your Asterigos game comes from the GOG Galaxy launcher, then it may be related to Cannot run GOG Galaxy inside Sandboxie #1246. Is it?
2. Please share the Sandboxie.ini configuration file, including the [UserSettings_XXXXXXXX] section (mainly to check whether SBIE2227 or other messages were set as hidden).
3. If present, please share which option is set in your Smart App Control system application: [1.4.2] [W11 22H2] Most programs can't be opened in the hardened sandboxes #2341 (comment)
4. Please recheck the problem with v1.5.3 when it is released.

1. From which store / launcher did you get it?
2. Windows version / build number?
3. Your current SAC option (Win 11 only)?

I deleted the sandbox and updated to 1.5.3 then made a new one and it seemed to not tell me it can't detect DX12 support
