Describe what you noticed and did

The checkbox for the Open System Protected Storage setting appears to be unchecked even though Template=OpenProtected Storage is defined.

1. Sandbox Options > General Options > Restrictions >Check Open System Protected Storage
2. Click OK to save and close the setting window.
3. Open the same setting window again.
4. It appears unchecked.
