Describe what you noticed and did

Hello, I wanted to report an error that has been happening to me and a few other people for a few days, the epic games launcher is crashing instantly when I log into an account, I don't know what else to do, I've already tried changing all the settings, I've already reinstalled old and new versions of the sandbox, I've reinstalled epic games several times, I've formatted my computer and changed operating systems and nothing works, all of this on my main computer, on my notebook it's working perfectly, what the hell is happening?

How often did you encounter it so far?

every time and in any version of sandboxie

The program is installed both inside and outside the sandbox.

Expected behavior

I hope it doesn't crash when I log into an account

What is your Windows edition and version?

I was on Windows 11 Pro when the problem started and I switched to Windows 10 Pro to see if it would solve it, but without success. 64bits

In which Windows account you have this problem?

A local account (Administrator).

What version of Sandboxie are you running?

I'm using the latest plus, but I've already tested it on older versions of the classic and plus and it still doesn't work

Is it a new installation of Sandboxie?

I recently did a new clean installation.

Is it a regression?

I always used the classic version until the problem started

In which sandbox type you have this problem?

In a standard isolation sandbox (yellow sandbox icon).

Can you reproduce this problem on a new empty sandbox?

I can confirm it also on a new empty sandbox.

Did you previously enable some security policy settings outside Sandboxie?

no.

Did it ever work on the system you now have issues with? If so, which was or is the latest working version?

Is a specific version of the launcher affected? (In the case, you know that.)
