Is your feature request related to a problem or use case?

The more entries I add to the Network Firewall list, the more I wish I could jot a quick note next to them to remind me why I put it there; especially when I'm testing out ideas.

Describe the solution you'd like

There's plenty of space to add another field called Comment or Note so I think it would fit nicely.
