Sandboxie-Plus 1.13.5: Pause forcing programs menu and icon is not working

Describe what you noticed and did

1. Install Sandboxie-Plus 1.13.5 (64bit)
2. Open its main window and click on the icon to "pause forcing programs" or use the menu
3. Notice that the status line does not change
4. Have some force rules and start something that would be forced to see it being forced into the sandbox

Yes, previous versions work, I tested 1.13.4 to be working

I'll close this issues, and the other one.

While I am sure that there are no other instances running, I failed to try with 1.13.5 again, after it failed with it and I confirmed it to be working with 1.13.4. To be sure, I terminated sandman and started it again, so that I was also unable to reproduce it.
