File Explorer some open with options not working (Windows 11).

Receive "No more endpoints available from the endpoint mapper" or "Class not registered."

How often did you encounter it so far?

When right clicking on file in windows explorer and choosing open with.

Expected behavior

Issues occurred after an upgrade from Windows 10 to Windows 11. Previous issue was sandboxed windows file explorer would crash when right clicking or double clicking on a file (1.13.4 & 1.12.8). Upgraded to version 1.13.6 and now the issue is certain files can not do a open with on certain application (notepad, paint or paint 3D).
