SbieIni can't modify password-protected configs

Describe what you noticed and did

1. Have a password-protected Sandboxie.ini set up
2. Open an administrative terminal
3. Go to your Sandboxie installation folder (C:\Program Files\Sandboxie-Plus)
4. Run .\SbieIni.exe set NewBox Enabled y and .\SbieIni.exe set NewBox ConfigLevel 10
5. Open Sandboxie.ini
6. Notice that there's no box called "NewBox"
