Provide detailed installation instructions for all required tools such as snpEff, bcftools, and SnpSift. This will help users set up their environment correctly to run the scripts.

Acceptance Criteria:

  • Write step-by-step installation instructions for each required tool.
  • Include any dependencies and configuration steps needed.
  • Update the README or create a dedicated installation guide.
