ScratchDB is likely down permamently, so there's no real API for these anymore afaik
Investigate if using the HTML is feasible. I think there's an API to get the BBCode source as well
The likely solution will just be to remove it tbh

The only other place we used ScratchDB was for users, and that was removed in 266915d
