Ready to upgrade Clickhouse to v23.8 ?

Hi,

I noticed here in the release notes of the Sentry self-hosted project that they upgraded Clickhouse to v23.8

does it mean we can now also safely upgrade Clickhouse in the mentioned order by just changing the docker image to https://hub.docker.com/r/clickhouse/clickhouse-server as the yandex one was discontinued.

In order to get to 23.8, we need to first upgrade go from 21.8 -> 22.8 -> 23.3 -> 23.8

Any guidance from you would be great :)
