adorn_crosstab() – I find myself wanting the format here to be n (p%) instead of how it currently formats with p% (n). In other words, count outside parenthesis and percent inside. I would see this as an optional argument. I feel like this is the format that I usually see in research papers, but of course they probably all differ.

Should be easy, have an arg to the function that adorns the N saying whether order = "ahead" or order = "behind".
