Are we sure we want this? Currently, FndTag will sort the lines in the order in which they appear in the routine, which is natural, and the way I'd prefer for it to work.

I talked with Sam about this, and we decided to leave the local tag list sorted in routine order by default, but will add a hot-key that will toggle the list alphabetically, and back to routine order, etc. We're thinking of using the tab key for this, if we can.
