有多个节点时，不知道哪个节点网速刚好，希望能给一个测速功能。一方面测速节点是否可用，另外也可以测速节点速度

1.7.0版本有测速功能，后续版本取消了，希望能重新添加该功能

感觉这个功能应该是很基本的啊，为什么一直就没得啦

我现在一直同时安装ShadowsocksX和ShadowsocksX-NG的原因就是因为这个，要不是ShadowsocksX不太稳定，我可能早就因为这个功能弃用NG了，这个功能真的太有用了，希望作者可以加上！！！
