添加排除域名设置 #164

在全局模式时，目前会自动填入127.0.0.1和localhost，能不能在客户端提供一个输入框，输入自定义的排除ip或域名？因为长期使用全局模式打开国外网站，但本地开发时，会自定义一些域名，每次开关ss客户端后都会重置以下设置，导致不便，如果能提供自定义设置就完美了。

BTW，这客户端非常好用，希望能提供捐助链接支持功能开发：#156

对，全局模式默认会添加过滤本机，导致代理失败，希望谁能告知解决方案。（目前用回旧版不会有该问题）
